The input form to collect biodata is attached. This can be filled  and submit through email i.e to . dibya.dutta@gmail.com .  Or bio-data can be submitted online by clicking the link http://aad.assam.org/node/add/biodata . If bio-data is submitted  after login to the site then full the privileges  to edit/ update biodata will be met.
