It is not known what kind of arrangments are there between the AEC management and the management of the http://www.assam.org portal but it is quite sad to see the premier technical educational institution in the north east suffers from an intermittent presence on the internet.

Hope this note reaches whoever is responsible and steps are taken to prevent such incidents in the future...
